Located in the city's outskirts, the design approach focused on organizing the entire program around two central courtyards and one rear courtyard. The selected materials—sand-colored brick, pigmented plaster, and polished concrete—create a strong connection between the built living space and the semi-desert natural context of the site.

The ground floor of the house organizes the entire public program around three courtyards, creating a direct visual connection between the residents and their surroundings. This layout was designed to meet the needs of the young couple living in the space, who sought full visual control over their pets. The upper floor is dedicated to the private spaces, while the rooftop opens to the north, capturing the best views of the valley where the project is situated.
