POVEÑA rests quietly on a hillside outside San Miguel de Allende. Three wooden volumes, a main house and two bungalows, stand as observatories, framing the vast landscape with quiet precision.

Oriented to the south, the architecture opens fully to the valley and peaks, embracing light and horizon. The use of tzalam wood grounds the project in warmth and texture, allowing the buildings to dissolve into the natural setting.

Spatially, the project is a choreography of air, shadow, and stillness. Each structure offers a pause, a framed view, a moment of silence. Architecture that watches, not declares.

POVEÑA is a synthesis of matter, light, and landheld in balance.
