Casa Jade Norte uses local materials and traditional building techniques to create a strong connection with the culture and nature of Querétaro. The color palette was chosen to reflect the identity and typical tones of the region.

The house has an inward-looking design, with interior patios and well-planned pathways that offer privacy, comfort, natural ventilation, and soft light.

The materials were selected for their quality and authenticity: the interior stone comes from southeastern Mexico, while the exterior stone is from Querétaro, reinforcing the link to the local landscape and economy.

The project focuses on creating spacious, organized areas with smooth and efficient circulation. This blend of tradition, context, and functionality results in a contemporary home that respects its roots and meets modern needs.
