Casa Valle de los Senderos was conceived out of the need to create a livable space within a vineyard. This condition led us to consider how to design a construction with minimal impact on the grapevine cultivation area. The project blends two construction systems: a traditional exposed concrete system in the basement, and a metal structure that, supported by piles, creates a habitable substructure with prefabricated concrete walls. The combination of innovation, traditional techniques, and artisanal craftsmanship is evident in the final finishes.
The design aims to establish a visual and spatial connection with the surrounding vineyard, integrating the natural environment in a harmonious and respectful way.
