A new construction within a natural setting inevitably creates an impact, where the idea of vertical elements emerges, aiming to foster a direct experience with nature from an elevated perspective. The project, guided by the site's constructive logic, takes tectonic principles as its starting point. It seeks to reinterpret local vernacular architecture by employing light structures, load-bearing elements, and spaces articulated through the juxtaposition of planes.
The design process is both detailed and meticulous, striving to create architecture that resonates with strength and a sense of belonging to its local context. In other words, the project must be sensitive to local construction techniques, native materials, and processes that involve the local community. The goal is to integrate the architecture seamlessly into the environment, ensuring that it does not disrupt or alter the surrounding natural landscape.
